What is Thai sweet chili sauce?
Thai sweet chili sauce is hands down one of the best condiments out there — sweet, a little tangy, and just the right amount of heat. It’s made with chilies, garlic, sugar, and vinegar, giving you that perfect sticky glaze that goes with almost anything. While you can dip spring rolls or drizzle it on veggies, it’s especially perfect on grilled or air-fried chicken. The juicy chicken soaks up the sauce, the edges get sticky and caramelized, and suddenly you’ve got a sweet-savory bite that tastes way more special than the effort it takes. It is a life-safer! Quickly air-fry/grill some chicken, serve with this amazing sauce, and you have yourself a great meal.
