Tossed with chewy noodles and ready in the time it takes to set the table, this dish is my go-to weeknight lifesaver!

Ingredients
- 1 pack of your favorite noodles
- 1 clove of Garlic minced
- 1 tsp Sugar
- 3 tbsp Peanut butter (use less if it is too thick)
- 2 tbsp Soy sauce
- 3 tbsp Noodle water
- 1 tbsp Chili oil
- 1 tsp Sesame seeds (garnish)
- 1 tbsp Green onions sliced (garnish)
Step by step instructions
- Cook your noodless: Bring a pot of water to a boil and cook your noodles according to the package directions until they’re perfectly chewy. Before draining, scoop out about one ladle of the starchy noodle water—this will help bind and smooth out your sauce. Drain the rest and set the noodles aside.
- Make sauce: While the noodles cook, mince your garlic. In a mixing bowl, combine the garlic with peanut butter, soy sauce, chili oil, sugar, and a splash of the reserved noodle water. Whisk until the sauce turns silky and smooth—adjust with a little more water if needed to reach your desired consistency.
- Toss together: Add the hot noodles straight into the bowl with the sauce. Toss well until every strand is coated in that glossy, spicy-savory peanut goodness.
- Garnish and serve: Transfer to a serving bowl and finish with a sprinkle of chopped green onions and toasted sesame seeds. Serve immediately and enjoy your quick, cozy noodle fix!
